Richard Oberhofer

Managing Director

Richard's online marketing career began in 2003. After his first positions in advertising, which included the entire online marketing repertoire, he joined affilinet in 2007 and eventually Awin in 2018.

He went on to become Managing Director at 2019 bei Webgains DACH and later Country Manager at Tradedoubler DACH.

Richard has been one of the two adnamics Managing Directors since 2023 and is committed to reinventing the world of networking with heart, passion, and expertise.

Karsten Müller

Managing Director

Karsten has been involved in online marketing since 2002, starting as a Publisher at Nintendo. Via ADCELL and his own online marketing agency, his journey led him to Gutscheine.de (COO).

Having sold the company to RTL, he is familiar with the challenges a media company is facing. After rejoining ADCELL (CBDO) and subsequently taking a lengthy break, he is now one of the two managing directors of adnamics, happy and proud of the opportunities and challenges of managing a start-up.

René Wienke

Director Publisher

René's career began in the early 2000s in the telecommunications and energy industry as a team leader responsible for setting up new locations, managing and developing employees, and controlling. His further path led him to the online marketing business at Yieldkit in 2017. There, René was responsible for sales and the merger of Yieldkit into the mrge Group.

In 2024, René decided to combine and embrace the spirit and passion for adtech and the customer-focused approach at adnamics.

Raphael Duma

Director Advertiser

Raphael joined the shopping24 commerce network in Hamburg in 2016, where he was in charge of the Advertiser Sales & Account Management and developed successful performance campaigns for e-commerce businesses. As Head of Commercial, he was responsible for the advertiser and publisher departments, where he acquired the necessary skills to successfully bring together suitable advertisers and publishers.

Raphael joined adnamics at the beginning of 2024, combining his personal values with those of the company.
